Halifax Camerata Singers – Jeff Joudrey, Director

The national award-winning Halifax Camerata Singers brings you a glorious a capella choral feast of music from the Baltics to Western Canada, specifically chosen with the resplendant acoustics of Eglise St. Bernard in mind.  Artistic Director Jeff Joudrey has programmed a concert of works both from the traditional repertoire and some really exciting new pieces, all from the 20th and 21st centuries which will take you around the world.

This well known and unique men’s choir from Nova Scotia’s South Shore will be presenting a concert of a capella music from early to contemporary periods.

At the Fish houses” – The exquisite soprano by Suzie LeBlanc, soprano, along with Halifax’s innovative and renowned Tempest Baroque Ensemble will be joining forces to present a musical program based on the poetry written by Pulitzer Prize winner Elizabeth Bishop about her experiences in Great Village Nova Scotia.

Present The Old and The New

Rebecca Caine, star of the record breaking Canadian production of The Phantom of the Opera takes us on a journey celebrating the lyric soprano voice in Musical Theatre. 
Featuring music by Gilbert and Sullivan, Coward, Gershwin, Novello through to Andrew Lloyd Webber including the Phantom sequel, Love never Dies.

This concert promises to be a real treat in the intimate setting of the King’s Theatre in Annapolis Royal.

Nova Scotia Youth Choir with Guest Conductor Michael Zaugg

As a fitting finale to our Fifteenth Season, the highly acclaimed 40 member Nova Scotia Youth Choir will perform under the leadership of the innovative and versatile conductor Michael Zaugg. Come and celebrate our talented young musicians as they inspire and delight with youthful enthusiasm and professional skill.
